Frequently Asked Questions

What is WITB?

WITB (What's In The Bag) is a place for golfers to build, track, and share their golf bag setup. Document every club, shaft, grip, and spec in one place.

Do I need an account to build a bag?

Nope. You can start building right away. Your draft saves to your device. Create an account when you want to save it permanently or share it with the community.

What's the difference between a Saved Bag and a Completed Bag?

A Saved Bag is your working spec list, your club inventory that you can update anytime. A Completed Bag is the showcase version with photos, a description, and a title. Think of it as your bag's highlight post that you publish to the community.

Can I have multiple bags?

Yes. You can save as many bags as you want. Summer bag, winter bag, backup setup, whatever you need.

How do I share my bag?

Create a Completed Bag from one of your saved bags, add photos and a description, then publish it. You can share the link anywhere or use the Share button to copy the link or text.

Do I have to fill in every spec?

Not at all. Add as much or as little detail as you want. Some golfers track every shaft weight and grip wrap. Others just list brand and model. Both are welcome.

Can I make my bag private?

Yes. Saved Bags can be set to Private (only you see them on your profile) or Public (visible to visitors). Completed Bags are public when published.

How do I edit my bag after saving?

Go to your profile, find the bag under Saved Bags, and click Edit. Your changes save automatically.

Can I upload photos from my iPhone?

Yes. We support JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC formats. iPhone photos are automatically converted so you can upload directly without converting first.

Is WITB free?

Yes. Building bags, saving them, publishing Completed Bags, and engaging with the community is all free.
