Agreement to terms

By accessing or using WITB (“What's In The Bag”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using WITB

WITB is a platform for golfers to document, track, and share their golf bag setups. You may use the bag builder without an account. To save bags, publish completed bags, comment, and interact with the community, you need to create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. WITB is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on WITB, including bags, specs, photos, descriptions, and comments.

By posting content publicly, you grant WITB a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post spam, advertisements, or self-promotional content in comments
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which will permanently remove all your data.

Disclaimers

WITB is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WITB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
