Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. You may also provide a display name, username, bio, and profile photo.
Content you create
This includes bags, club specs, completed bags, photos, descriptions, and comments. This content is stored on our servers and may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
Usage data
We may collect basic usage data such as pages visited and interactions with the site. We may use Vercel Analytics for this purpose, which collects anonymized, non-personally-identifiable data.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the WITB service
- To display your profile and content to other users
- To send you service-related emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- To send newsletter updates if you opted in
- To improve the site and fix issues
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Cookies
We use a session cookie provided by Supabase to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Update or correct your information via your profile and account settings
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page
- Opt out of newsletter emails by contacting us
Children's privacy
WITB is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
